Please allow me to introduce myself.  I am Michele Kosinski- Ladd, Associate Broker and proud associate of Nothnagle Realtors providing all my special clients the care they deserve since 1996. I am a Sales Master Award  and Pinnacle Award winner and can be credited to over $30 Million in career sales.

Married to Greg and I am a mother and step mother to 4 wonderful boys ages 9-19, Tommy, Tyler, Gregory and Mitchell.  My son Tommy is a US Marine, just returned from Iraq,proud to serve our country. We also reside with our Dalmatian Sadie and our newest addition,Dinali, the kitten your child brings home and you can't say no to.

In my spare time when I am not out listing a house, showing 10 houses, negotiating a contract,

answering calls, driving kids to school or chasing after the dog, I volunteer my time to deliver Meals on Wheels, and running my ministries for business groups and also started a Christian Motorcycle group.

After being a stay at home mom for 7 years, I decided to use my sales ability and delve into Real Estate , though a resident of Rochester in my early years, I was relocated many times for different reasons and became very aware of the hassles of selling homes and searching for homes and I thought I could make a difference to my clients out there that just wanted an agent that cared about them, would listen and get the job done as quickly as possible.

Besides my family, and my career, what I love to do most is sponsor my little girl in the Gambia through Christian Children’s Fund and also the children cancer patients at St.Judes. A portion of every one of my commissions are donated to these causes.
